Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
– Arrival Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time
– Processing time for non-personalized orders is 3-5 business days (weekends and holidays not included). However, it is usually only a day or two.
– Processing time for personalized orders is 5-7 business days.
– To put a rush on the processing time for an additional fee, please email kate@lavishfavorsandgifts.com before purchasing.
– Some items you purchase might ship at different times if they are shipped from more then one warehouse.
Shipping to the United States
– Orders are unable to be delivered to P.O box addresses.
– Depending on the product, our shipments are sent by UPS, Fedex or USPS.
– Orders are shipped from our warehouses located in the United States. There are no customs, duty taxes or brokerage fees for US orders.
– Some remote States may have additional shipping fees not posted on the website. Also, some remote States we are unable to ship to. In those cases we will contact you after purchasing.
– Delivery times are only approximate.
Shipping to Canada
– Orders are unable to be delivered to P.O box addresses.
– Depending on the product, our shipments are sent by UPS, Fedex or USPS.
– Orders are shipped from our warehouses located in the United States. UPS usually charges a brokerage fee of $20-60 PLUS duty taxes on delivery. This is in addition to the shipping cost you pay to us. You are responsible for paying any fees on delivery and researching any fees with UPS before purchasing. We will not be responsible for any fees charged on delivery.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
– Unfortunately once your order is in the processing stage we cannot guarantee any changes or additions. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes, and on occasion we may be able to accommodate you but we cannot make any guarantees.
– No cancellations or refunds can be accommodated on personalized items. Please double check all personalization details before submitting.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
– We make every effort to ensure our website is up to date, but occasionally products may go out of stock before we are able to update it. In these rare circumstances, we will notify you as soon as we find out and let you decide if you would like us to put your order on back order or issue you a refund. If your order is placed on back order, we will keep you updated once the product is available to ship.
RETURNS
– If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we would be more then happy to do a return on your order. We try to make the return process as smooth and easy as possible for you. Simply email kate@lavishfavorsandgifts.com with your order details and reason for the return and we’ll send you return instructions.
– Returns need to be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order and we need to receive your returned order within 30 days of the purchase date for non-personalized items. Original shipping and return shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense.
-If you are doing a return because of an error on our end such as receiving a wrong or damaged order, we will pay for the original shipping and return shipping.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand new, unused condition in original packaging.
– Unfortunately personalized items cannot be returned. However, if there is an error we made on a personalized order, we will either send out a replacement or provide a refund.
– To start your return, please email kate@lavishfavorsandgifts.com with your order details and reason for return. If it is regarding the condition or an error we made on a personalized order, we will require a photo of the product. Do not ship back until we give you further instructions.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery does not quality for an exchange or refund.
– Some other conditions may apply.
REFUNDS
– Once your non-personalized return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with the amount we have refunded.
– Refunds are usually received within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned product and will be applied to your original method of payment.
-If you are not able to wait for a replacement to be sent on a personalized order that had an error we made, we will issue a refund after we have received a photo that shows the error.
REPLACEMENTS
– If you received a wrong or damaged order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we can send out replacements. Please send us an email with your order details and photos of the product you received to kate@lavishfavorsandgifts.com.
